efficient. Considering how hot it was that day and how dirty
some of the places were that he had to crawl into, he left no
stone unturned. He checked every nook and cranny that he could
access and explained things along the way he thought I should
know. I took my own notes and for the most part, all were
included in his report. He took his time, did not rush, and even
went back to double check a few concerns he had before ending
the inspection. He directed his comments to me and did not allow
any statements made by the real estate associate affect his
responses to me. He seems very knowledgeable and you can tell he
likes what he does which is a comfort level to a potential
buyer. He was able to answer questions I had. I even surprised
