Mr. Frolia is a full time professional
Home Inspector with
U.S. Inspect’s team in Northern Virginia, providing a full range
of inspection services in Fairfax, Arlington, Loudon, Prince
William, Stafford and Fauquier counties as well as the cities of
Alexandria, Vienna, Fairfax and Falls Church. He has been in the
Home Inspection field since April 1, 2000, having completed 15 years
as a General Building Contractor specializing in home remodeling.
With a strong
background and extensive experience in home remodeling and
marketing, Mr. Frolia has progressed rapidly in the Home Inspection
Profession becoming certified as a Radon Technician as well as
certified for Pest Control evaluations. He continues to devote much
of his time to assisting with the training of new inspectors to US
Inspect.
Mr. Frolia’s
professional affiliations include: NAHI (National Association of
Home Inspectors), NEHA (National Environmental Health Association) and
DAAR (Dulles Area Association of Realtors). Additionally, he is a certified HUD Building Consultant,
and maintains a current Virginia Class A Contractor’s License. Mr. Frolia is also a fluent speaker of Spanish, which he has utilized in
many home inspections.
