U.S. Inspect Enters Inspection Services Agreement With Prudential Resources Management

FAIRFAX, VA - U.S. Inspect, Inc. today announced that it has formally entered into an inspection services agreement with Prudential Resources Management to provide inspection services on a preferred basis.

Under the agreement, U.S. Inspect will manage home inspections, radon testing, pest inspection, radon warranty business, and specialty inspection orders placed by Prudential Resources Management in the servicing of its corporate customers.

Prudential Resources Management, a subsidiary of the Prudential insurance conglomerate, is a leading provider of relocation services to Fortune 500 corporations and other business customers throughout the world. The company is a national leader in providing comprehensive human resources support services to businesses.

"We have been operating under the terms of the agreement for almost a year now and the reviews have been very favorable," stated Bruce W. Walczak, Prudential Resources Management Vice President of Network Management. "That fact alone says a lot about the strength of our business partnership with U.S. Inspect."

Walczak added, "We look forward to broadening our relationship with U.S. Inspect even further in 1998 to include a more comprehensive inspection solution at the destination end to go along with the inspection work that is being performed for corporate transferees at the origination end."

U.S. Inspect President Brian P. Fimian said U.S. Inspect's success servicing the distinctive needs of Prudential Resources Management and its corporate clients stems in large measure from the hard work, dedication, and professionalism of the employee and subcontractor consultants that comprise U.S. Inspect's national supplier network.

"This agreement is really a tribute to the employees and subcontractors in our vast supplier network," Fimian said. "Managing the inspection process is difficult and time-intensive. Diligence and attention to detail are mandatory, and I am happy to say that our network is delivering both."

Fimian expects the focus by Prudential Resources Management on destination end inspection services will lead to a significant increase in business opportunities for U.S. Inspect consultants.

"The demand among transferring corporate employees for inspection services in their new locations has increased dramatically," Fimian said. "Corporate clients are seeking the guidance and assistance that Prudential Resources Management is able offer in this area, which translates into an opportunity for U.S. Inspect to build upon our outstanding track record for servicing the inspection needs of corporate clients at the origination end."
