Attending Your Inspection

Participation

The most comprehensive inspection can be completed when you become an active participant. U.S. Inspect recommends that all clients go to their inspection. Attend your home inspection in comfortable clothes and accompany your U.S. Inspect home inspector throughout the inspection.

In addition to inspecting the home, the inspector will educate you about the home, encourage your questions, and show you the locations of major systems and components (i.e. water meter location and important shut off valves, etc.) This is an important opportunity for you to view the house with your inspection consultant.

You will receive a wealth of information and a detailed orientation to the home that you are considering to purchase.
