Coordinator, Network Services (Two Positions Available)
Position Description: Regular, Full-time/Part-time, Non-Exempt. A Network Services Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day dealings with our supplier network. As a Network Services Coordinator, your responsibilities are to: monitor the daily progress of current inspection orders, develop and maintain supplier relationships, field new inspectors and inspection companies, review supplier performance, communicate with members of the Client Services Team to provide status updates on supplier activity and progress of current inspection orders.
Position Requirements: A successful candidate will possess the following qualities: excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, and respond in a timely manner to the Client Services Team requests. Requirements include: computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office, customer service skills, typing skills (30wpm).

Technical Writer, Commercial Assessments
Position Description:
Commercial division has an opening for an experienced Technical Writer to produce Commercial Reports for clients. This is a full-time position, based at company headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia.
Position Requirements: A successful candidate will be a team player able to combine commercial
construction or inspection experience and engineering knowledge with
written and verbal communication skills to create a professional report
product. Good organizational and project management skills a plus to
coordinate multiple field consultants on larger projects.
Previous commercial construction or field inspection experience is
required, as the report product is required to include formulated
capital repair and improvement estimates for a 5 year capital
improvement budget. Familiarity with commercial grade systems and
associated technical terminology is also a plus.
