Keith S. Fimian Chairman and CEO Keith has been Chairman since co-founding the company in 1986. Keith also was CEO from 1986 until he left in the mid-2000's to run for the US Congress, returning again as CEO in 2012. Keith is responsible for the Company's long-term business strategy, key client relationships, and new business development initiatives. Prior to founding the company, Keith worked for seven years for the international accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick, including a two-year rotational assignment in the firm's executive offices in New York City. A former CPA, Keith earned his BS in Accounting from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, where he was awarded a four-year scholarship and captained the football team. |

Christopher C. Greene Chief Financial Officer Chris joined U.S. Inspect in 2004 and is responsible for directing the company's accounting and financial operations, while also heading up business development for the company's Commercial Assessments division. Chris brings over 20 years of experience from the telecommunications and real estate industries, and is a proven leader in strategic and tactical financial management. Prior to joining U.S. Inspect, Chris served as VP of Finance and Analysis at Winstar Communications, where he directed Winstar's accounting and finance organizations. While at Winstar he was instrumental in developing the company's business plan and implementing operational efficiencies that resulted in improving cash flow by more than $150 million per year. Chris also served as Winstar's VP of Business Operations and Planning, where he directed and implemented the business planning processes encompassing comprehensive network deployment and development planning. Prior to joining Winstar, Chris served in a variety of finance and accounting management roles at NHP, Inc, an owner and manager of more than $10 billion of multi-unit apartment complexes. Chris earned his BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech in 1984. |
| Blake D. Ratcliff Executive VP, Field Operations and Sales Blake is responsible for the company’s residential and commercial sales, including strategy and tactics for driving the existing and new business goals for these areas. Prior to US Inspect, Blake was the Director for Community Development Programs at IBTS, where he drove $12 million in business growth for a $5 million dollar business unit providing inspection, engineering, and building condition assessments. Major activities were delivering 30,000 DOE inspections in 12 months, completing 3,000 rehab assessments for Hurricane Ike recovery in Galveston and Harris County. Prior to IBTS, Blake developed the business plan, founded, and provided investment for the development of 1,000 unit multi-family business in the Southeastern U.S. Blake also has been on management teams or founder of eight startups, including two in Beijing. Blake is a 1984 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, a former U.S. Marine Captain, a former USNA 1984 class president, and the son of an Oklahoma cattle rancher. |

Edward E. How III Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Ed joined U.S. Inspect in 1995 as general counsel and oversees legal, risk management and human resource matters of the company. Ed is charged with identifying, assessing and minimizing legal and business risks, and advising Executive Management and the Board on various legal and business issues. Ed also is involved in developing strategic alliances with online and offline businesses, including contractual relationships -- marketing, co-branding, licensing, Web, distribution, promotional, preferred supplier, etc. -- with traditional and Internet-based real estate, corporate relocation and lending services providers. Ed earned his Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, VA and his BS in Communications from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. A certified relocation professional, Ed is a member of the Virginia State Bar. |

Thomas J. Santschi Chief Technology Officer Tom joined U.S. Inspect in 1989 as part of the Radon team and has served in various roles prior to becoming CTO. Tom is responsible for determining the company's system requirements and maintaining the company's technological edge in the industry. He currently manages a staff of more than a dozen in-house information technology professionals. Tom earned his BA degree in History from Christendom College in Front Royal, VA.
