The Human Qualities Program: A New Blog Series
Back in 2006 U.S. Inspect created a company employee program called the Human Qualities Program. Our employees got together and identified the qualities that our customers most value in us and then we developed a training program around those qualities. The U.S. Inspect Human Qualities Program promotes and measures our individual and company success in the following five key areas most important to our customers: Dependability, Charity, Diligence, Honesty and Knowledge. It's a pretty unique program and one of the aspects of our company that we are most proud of. So we thought it would be interesting to create a blog series on this topic--a place where we can share stories and thoughts about dependability, charity, diligence, honesty and knowledge displayed here at the company and in our daily lives.
