National Retailers Continue to Add Stores
I ran across this article today regarding how national retailers continue to add sites. We have certainly been seeing a similar dynamic with some of our clients. In the past few months we have seen a rapid increase in the number of clients ordering “New Site Surveys”. In these surveys we visit a site and report on the general condition of the property, take a quick inventory of the major components, do a photo survey, take measurements that are important to that specific client (ceiling height, storefront elevation, etc.), and in some cases do a floor plan. Because we have a national footprint, we are able to turn these services around quickly (generally within 10 days of order). Please let me know if you would like to see a sample report.
