t seems that job creation is what will be needed to finally pull the rest of the economy back up (and we're not quite there yet), but lots of good things are going on in the real estate market that are predicted to give it a major boost in 2010--sales over last year in many key areas are up, prices are bottoming, and tax credit programs have been extended.
