U.S. Inspect Blogger Bill Zoller Wins Real Estate Blog Contest
Chantilly, VA—U.S. Inspect blogger Bill Zoller was recognized this week as the winner of the Zillow sponsored Carnival of Real Estate, a contest where fellow bloggers choose weekly winners from a group of submissions on the real estate-related topic for the week. Just like a travelling carnival, the Carnival of Real Estate contest "travels" from site to site and is hosted by different blogs, who then judge the submissions for that week.
The blog topic for this week included home inspections, and Zoller's post, Federal Pacific Panels and Are They a Danger? was recognized as the winner.
"I especially liked that Bill highlighted the point that an inspector FINDING a problem is not good enough! The remedy is hugely important!" said this week's contest judge, Ardell DellaLoggia.
"I am pleased to have been selected as the blog winner for this week," said Zoller.
"The winning post was actually Bill's first post for our site," said U.S. Inspect Director of Marketing, Phil Halpin. "Bill is obviously a great talent on our blog team, and we look forward to continuing to share his posts with our online community on the U.S. Inspect Blog."
Founded by the Zillow Blog Team, the goal of Carnival of Real Estate, is to bring together the best real estate bloggers from around the country (and world) to share information about what they’re all passionate about: real estate.

What's a Blog Carnival?
A blog carnival, according to Carnival of Real Estate "is a weekly summary of the best blogging posts on a given subject that appeared in someone’s blog during the previous week. A different blog hosts the carnival each week, so it brings bloggers writing on a given subject together."
