Chantilly VA, October 30, 2008 —U.S. Inspect announced today that they received the Prudential Relocation Client Trust Award at the annual three-day Prudential Forum event at the Westin Kierland Resort, in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The award was given during the forum's opening session as Prudential Relocation announced the winners of this year's relocation awards. The Client Trust Award, according to Prudential, is presented to suppliers for their outstanding performance and consistent demonstration of the company's core values.
"We are pleased to honor the recipients of the 2008 Prudential Relocation awards. We congratulate them on exhibiting the highest level of professionalism and providing the best quality of service to our clients," said Earl Lee, president, Prudential Relocation.
U.S. Inspect has been working with Prudential for approximately 20 years. While this is U.S. Inspect's first time winning the Client Trust Award, the company has been previously honored with the Prudential Worthy of Trust Award in 2007 and the Prudential Customer Focus Award in both 2005 and 2006.
"Commitment to excellence in customer service is a top priority at U.S. Inspect. As a result, we've developed various initiatives over the years to demand only the best from ourselves. This year's award-and all service awards from our partners in the industry-are, therefore, extremely important to us," said U.S. Inspect Chief Operating Officer, Matt Murphy.
