U.S. Inspect Receives Rave Reviews in October Post Inspection Surveys
Chantilly, VA—U.S. Inspect announced today that they received rave reviews on their recent October post-inspection customer surveys.
"We are so happy and proud of the comments that have come in to us over the past month!" said U.S. Inspect CEO Bill Bowman in a recent blog post on the topic, entitled, What Customers Have to Say about U.S. Inspect. "A warm thank you to all the buyers and agents that allowed us to be a part of their transactions," he said, "It's great to read such wonderful feedback. We'll be working doubly hard for the rest of this quarter to continue to earn your support."
The surveys, which are voluntarily completed by customers online after each inspection, elicit honest feedback about customer service, the inspection experience, and allow individuals to write additional comments. The survey results are compiled monthly and quarterly and are examined by the company's leadership for use in perfecting customer service, company processes, and to learn about customers needs and wants when it comes to inspections.
One of the most important sections of the survey looks at customer feedback in order to measure the company's satisfaction rating. Customers are asked to rate U.S. Inspect's overall service as: Excellent, Very good, Good, Not Good, or Poor.
"Only ratings of Excellent or Very Good are considered acceptable to us. But really, the goal is 100 percent Excellent ratings. We'll continue to work every day with that goal in mind, " said Bowman.
This month, with a total of 129 surveys received, 84 percent rated U.S. Inspect's service as Excellent, and of the remaining surveys, only 2 customers rated U.S. Inspect lower than Very Good, by giving a Good rating. Nothing lower than a Good rating was received.
