Commercial Assessments' team of trained inspectors across the country can evaluate the energy efficiency or verify the energy work completed across entire portfolios. We are currently working with a government agency and their prime contractor on a variety of energy audit services.

We have dozens of employees trained across the country on energy and weatherization issues, and can rapidly deploy additional training based on client needs.

• National Coverage. Our over 200 employees located in 40 key markets can service clients anywhere from coast to coast. In addition, we have spent 25 years building networks of over 9,000 specialists (elevator, environmental and other specialty contractors) across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. This gives Commercial Assessments the ability to deploy employees and, when necessary, call in the right team of outside experts to address the unique needs of any property, nationwide.
• Speed. Commercial Assessments has an established infrastructure built for a quick turnaround. We have innovated ways to perfect the assessment reporting process and have established industry-leading turn around times. 
• Flexibility. Our streamlined national coverage allows our clients to enjoy consistency across reporting, but we are flexible enough to offer the added benefit of customization. If a report requires tailoring to better suit a client’s needs, we have the capability to build a custom report template. From that point on, all reports from across the country will be consistently delivered according to that client’s specifications.
