Commercial Assessments' team of trained inspectors across the country can help lenders, servicers, and investors evaluate the condition of large portfolios in a short period of time.  From annual MBA and GSE inspections to more detailed property inspections, we have the resources and experience to get you what you need.

For example, in the summer of 2011 we deployed nearly 100 employees to perform inspections on over 1000 foreclosed properties throughout the country for a single lending instituion, and completed the work in three weeks.

• National Coverage. Our over 200 employees located in 40 key markets can service clients anywhere from coast to coast. In addition, we have spent 25 years building networks of over 9,000 specialists (elevator, environmental and other specialty contractors) across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. This gives Commercial Assessments the ability to deploy employees and, when necessary, call in the right team of outside experts to address the unique needs of any property, nationwide.
• Speed. Commercial Assessments has an established infrastructure built for a quick turnaround. We have innovated ways to perfect the assessment reporting process and have established industry-leading turn around times. 
• Flexibility. Our streamlined national coverage allows our clients to enjoy consistency across reporting, but we are flexible enough to offer the added benefit of customization. If a report requires tailoring to better suit a client’s needs, we have the capability to build a custom report template. From that point on, all reports from across the country will be consistently delivered according to that client’s specifications.
