Construction Draw & Monitoring Inspections

Construction Draw Inspections include a monthly site inspection to provide a review of the contractor's payment request and to evaluate the accuracy of the representations made in each line item of the contractor's cost statements. The draw inspection will evaluate the accuracy of the draw request, note construction phase completion, and identify stored materials.

We also provide nationwide construction monitoring services for various sized lending institutions. Our Construction Monitoring Services include regular site visits to provide a quality overview of project status. Our visits also include regular interviews with on-site project managers and developers, a review of the contractor's payment request(s) and associated invoices, and evaluation of the accuracy of the representations made in each line item of the contractor's cost statements.

Our Construction Monitoring evaluates the accuracy of the draw request, notes construction phase completion, and identifies stored materials. We also review all change orders, and reflect budget changes due to change orders in the report. Once we receive a request for services, you can leave the details to us. We will work with the developers, general contractors and loan servicers to schedule our inspections and deliver our comprehensive report within three days of the site visits.
