Customer Service:

Position Description:
Customer Service personnel develop and maintain the day-to-day working relationships with U.S. Inspect’s corporate relocation and general brokerage clients. Responsibilities include ensuring that top quality service is provided in every interaction with our clients, as well as the maintenance of professional and friendly relations on behalf of the Company. Proprietary computer software enables Customer Service personnel to track and deliver our products to the various clients. In addition, Customer Service personnel handle and present to management all client feedback, inquiries, concerns, and satisfaction reports.

Position Requirements:
Customer Service personnel must be very task-oriented and have the ability to clarify and communicate various types of product-related information to clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Customer Service personnel must also possess strong problem-solving skills that will help in answering any customer questions or concerns in order to
ensure complete customer satisfaction. Related skills include computer and typing proficiency.

 

Data Entry:

Position Description:
Data Entry personnel perform all the tasks involved in producing an inspection report with the highest accuracy and efficiency. Each report is also carefully tailored to meet the needs of each client order. Responsibilities of Data Entry personnel include the management and maintenance of all our inspection reports, from the incoming field reports to the final
Company product.

Position Requirements:
Data Entry personnel must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple orders while maintaining the unique distinctions pertaining to each report. This job requires a proficiency in typing and computer skills, and will entail training on proprietary data
entry and inspection software. Other requirements include a high level of motivation, the ability to prioritize urgent tasks, and the ability to manage deadlines.

 

Quality Assurance:

Position Description:
Quality Assurance personnel review and evaluate field inspection reports for accuracy and conformity with industry, Company, and client guidelines. Approved inspection reports are then delivered to our clients as the Company's final product. Quality Assurance personnel are responsible for monitoring all inspection reports and the service delivery systems that ensure compliance with each client’s specifications.

Position Requirements:
Quality Assurance personnel must have a working knowledge of home systems, client guidelines and specifications, and all Company guidelines. This position also requires strong analytical skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills, in order to effectively identify and communicate any discrepancies discovered in the report.

 

Administration:

Position Description:
Administrative personnel manage and support the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities include maintaining office equipment, mailing and shipping, and poviding assistance in various departmental projects and tasks.

Position Requirements:
Administrative personnel must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to perform multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment. Other job-related characteristics for Administrative personnel include strong self-motivation, willingness to undertake a variety of responsibilities, and a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
