                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Instructions:  1) Use "Courier", "New Century", or "New Times Roman" typeface/fonts.

  2) Use 12 or 14 point font size.

  3) Avoid using italics, underlines, shadows, or reverse characters in the text.

  4) Open your resume in the application in which it was created. Choose "Edit" from the top menu and choose "Select All". Choose "Edit" again and then "Copy". Alternatively place the cursor at the top left of the beginning text of your resume or letter. Use the left click of the mouse to highlight the entire text, all the way down to the last character. Use the right click of the mouse and select "copy" [or depress the "control" and lower case "c" keys]. Then click back onto this application form, and place the cursor in the text window below. Use the right click of the mouse and select "paste" [or depress the "control" and lower case "v" keys]. Your resume/letter has now been translated into the ASCII text format, and will be compatible with our systems.
