David Rothbart

Bio: David is the U.S. Inspect Field Manager for the Tampa area and has been in the inspection business since 2000, performing over 3000 inspections. He is a Full member of Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), member of the National Society of Environmental Consultants (NSEC), and is a Certified Environmental Screening Consultant. He also volunteers his time to teach home inspection related topics to real estate professionals as a Certified Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) Continuing Education Instructor.
