Mike Conte

Bio: Mike started doing home inspections in 1982 and has performed well over 4,000 inspections to date. He loves inspecting houses and meeting and informing new home owners about their new purchase every day. He is extremely patient and will spend as much time as necessary in going over the components in the home, explaining how systems operate, general and stepped up maintenance issues and general knowledge of home ownership. He is very tactful in his presentation of the home inspection findings and is at ease when informing buyers of the condition of the home without causing alarm. There is nothing that satisfies him more than a happy and informed purchaser. Mike also is happy to share his knowledge to a broader audience from time to time on the company blog.
