- Paul is the Senior Technical Writer for Commercial Assessments, Inc., U.S. Inspect’s commercial division. He joined the U.S. Inspect team in 2008 after graduating from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. In his time at U.S. Inspect, Paul has performed over 100 inspections and has written over 500 reports, including but not limited to Property Condition Assessments, Physical Needs Assessments, Reserve Studies, Construction Monitoring Reports, Draw Inspection Reports, FHA Access Evaluation Reports, and Pre-Loan Qualification Reports. Paul lives in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia with his new wife and works at our Headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia.
