Home Inspection Guarantee

100 days from date of inspection or 21 days from the closing date.

Our inspection guarantee is included with our home inspection.

Our guarantee covers mechanical items up to $500.

You must follow these procedures:

  1. DO NOT get any work performed until we review and approve the estimate.
  2. Correspond with our Customer Service Representative to complete the entire claims process.

Include the following:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Brief description of the claim
  • Inspector’s name
  • Itemized repair estimate

The itemized repair estimate must be submitted for every claim.  The itemized repair estimate must included a specific cause for the failure in writing by a licensed or properly certified repair person. The itemized repair estimate must include details regarding parts and labor.  The itemized repair estimate must include contact information for the repair person.

A home warranty is a separate agreement with an insurance company which covers repairs and replacements on systems and appliances.

Home insurance is a separate agreement with an insurance company which covers structure, personal belongings, and property that are damaged by fire, floods, hurricanes, wind, etc.
