- Correspond with our Customer Service Representative to complete the entire claims process.
Include the following:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number
- Brief description of the claim
- Inspector’s name
- Itemized repair estimate
The itemized repair estimate must be submitted for every claim. The itemized repair estimate must included a specific cause for the failure in writing by a licensed or properly certified repair person. The itemized repair estimate must include details regarding parts and labor. The itemized repair estimate must include contact information for the repair person.
