Rick comes to US Inspect with over 40 years of education and experience, specializing in the trades of electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Rick has spent the last 30 years in facilities maintenance and operations management at a local college. He has also provided years of residential HVAC installation and service, as well as electrical and plumbing repair and upgrades. His diverse knowledge in the construction and maintenance fields assure he will provide a thorough and detailed home inspection.
Rick and his wife reside with their dog on Maryland’s eastern shore. They enjoy the outdoors, the water, and time spent with their children and grandchildren.
