With over 2000 high quality home inspections to his credit Charlie is known for exceptional customer service and attention to detail. In the inspection process he enables his clients to make fully informed decisions about their most important asset, their home. As he works to insure the client understands what is being reported and why. Charlie continues to stay on top of technological advances, using state of the art equipment and detection devices, bringing depth and thoroughness to the process.
In the past Charlie managed AT&T’s disaster recovery warehouse in the United States where he was responsible for the operations and preparedness. After the 911 disaster where he led the successful deployment of AT&T’s disaster recovery assets to New York City, Charlie decided to retire and pursue other interests.
As a manager for Verizon with a team of up to 25 technicians installing FiOS and copper telecommunications equipment to local customers, Charlie was responsible for the production and quality of installation and maintenance and for their training, including driver, technical and safety training. Charlie was responsible for performance evaluations, field inspections and on the job training.
Charlie enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, biking, swimming, pickleball, tennis, working out and staying fit. Charlie is an avid sports fan especially football, basketball and tennis. Throughout his career he has volunteered his time as a credit union director and loan officer. Charlie served in the United States Army as a communications section chief in an Honest John rocket battalion.
Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters and nine grandchildren. In the summer Charlie spends his weekends at the Jersey shore.
