| Rob Amaral is one of the Boston area’s most requested and busiest home inspectors performing home, termite and radon inspections full time. With a background in the remodeling industry, he enjoys the challenges of troubleshooting the various problems found in the buildings he inspects.
“I enjoy doing inspections in the Boston area because this is the most challenging area for inspectors in the country as far as building types. You can be doing a brand-new home on one day and a colonial-era antique the next. It makes the job constantly interesting,” says Rob. “Working for U.S. Inspect with its inspector support system frees me up to be the best inspector I can be,” he says. “This allows me to focus on inspections 100 percent and give my clients the highest level of service I can provide.” Rob has had numerous positive postings on “Angie’s List” (the national ‘subscribers-only’ referral network) by subscriber-members because of his hard work, dedication and excellent customer service. He is also a full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Rob earned U.S. Inspect’s coveted “Circle of Excellence Award" in 2002 and the "Chairman's Award" in 2004 for his diligent attention to detail and high level of customer service and has earned other in-house company awards for productivity during his many years of service to U.S. Inspect. Rob is U.S. Inspect’s longest serving employee and has not only worked in the inspection arena locally here in New England but also in U.S. Inspect’s national hiring and training areas as well, traveling personally to most of the United States in doing so. He was joined in the Southeast MA/RI area by Mike Quinn’s “Heritage” team in 2001. “These guys have been a great addition to U.S. Inspect,” says Rob. “We can really build on the brand name in Southern New England with such a qualified, hard-working crew and provide a high level of service to our clients as a result.” Rob is a native and current resident of Walpole, MA where he lives with his wife and daughter.
