Dan McLaughlin, Inspector of the Year
Dan is a senior inspector with US Inspect’s Philadelphia team.
Dan delivered over 550 residential inspections. He understands the difference between an inspector who is in the business and an inspector who drives the business. Dan markets himself and US Inspect at all times – conducting an on-site inspection or visiting a real estate office. Dan’s numbers reflect his attitude and his ambition to be an excellent inspector and field marketing expert. Dan’s not just a producer. He’s a mentor and trainer and consistently has the time to help others with questions. Dan is poised to continue to be one of the company’s highest volume inspectors.

Scott Sullivan, Runner Up Inspector of the Year
Scott Sullivan is an inspector with US Inspect’s St. Louis team.
Scott achieved his very aggressive goal of delivering over 415 inspections, which almost doubled his production vs. prior year. Scott worked hard to develop a significant increase in his book of business, including the addition of loyal realtors, repeat clients, inspection quantity, and revenue. Scott focuses on delivering exemplary customer service to external clients and realtors.
Scott mentors new hires and is highly trusted within his own team and is consulted from in regard to technical and marketing issues. Scott’s potential for future growth is outstanding, including his ability to recruit productive inspectors. Justin Harper
Justin is an inspector with US Inspect’s Philadelphia team.
Justin joined the company in late February and didn’t start field inspections until early March. He demonstrated the capacity to quickly grasp new ideas quickly and, even with a late start to the year, Justin amassed over 325 retail inspections. Justin is professional and determined to succeed, supports US Inspect 100%, and has a “let’s get it done” attitude. He has established a foundation for many years of success.
