Was not impressed with the last inspection. I don’t see how a roof could be checked from the ground. If the reply is “you need to call a roofer” Then there is no sense in using an inspection company. We can pay the roofers, HVAC, electricians, and plumbers instead. Quit using House master (along with a number of other agents I work with) for similar reports.
