I met with Eric Shires at my new home. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in all phases home construction, plumbing and electrical that I have ever met. He took his time and explained the functions of all appliances, heating and the a/c system. Eric answered all my questions and gave me suggestions for preventative maintenance.
