My inspector was Doug Bassett.He was very professional took time out to explain procedures ,give advice on maintenance and upkeep of the home,advice on steps that could be taken for improvement and corrections. His service was exceptional and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Our inspector, Douglas Bassett, is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He is very helpful with explaining various processes with home maintenance and what to expect with certain aspects of how the home is currently set up. Would recommend again.

While Doug was extremely insightful and chatty in sharing his vast knowledge, the final report has two errors. The report states in the summary that there is no microwave (the box is unchecked) but even Doug references the existence in one of the recommendations.Additionally, the report states that there is no skylight, which there most certainly is ( and I pointed it out to Doug when we were in the master bathroom). Certainly at the price for the report, I’d expect such major items to be accurate. Plus since this will be provided to future purchasers, I’d expect it to accurately represent reality. To that end, I would suggest that you modify the report to correct those errors and make the improved version available. Thank you!
