Will Wake was generous with his time and explained what he was looking for. I learned a few things also. For example the date stamped on the vent pipe boot is a good indicator of the age of the roof. How moisture in the crawl space affects the structure. I enjoyed learning about testing the electrical circuits. I was great full for his knowledge and patience.
