When I called to schedule an appointment, the gentlemen was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Probably one of the most pleasent conversations I’ve ever had on the phone.

Additional, our inspector, Kevin Salva, was recommended by my parents who had their own home inspected when they were selling it and had their work cut out for them with the things Kevin was able to catch. Made them know they wanted to use him for whenever they needed their own inspections. It was no different for us! Be did a fantastic job and caught things the sellers didn’t with their moisture/termite inspections. Very thankful!
