JB Haller

President + CEO

JB joined US Inspect in 2013 and brings over 25 years of senior management experience building profitable global content and media businesses in high-tech markets.

He was President of Trivinci Systems, SVP of Marketing at Mobile 365, Executive VP of Operations at Current Analysis, brand management at Procter & Gamble, and held senior marketing and sales roles at the Advisory Board Company. He was also a Senior Manager at KPMG in Baltimore, Montvale NJ and Madrid.

JB earned a BS Accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kimberly Peterson

Chief Financial Officer

Kim recently joined US Inspect and brings almost 15 years of Accounting and Finance experience in very diverse markets.

Kim began her career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and spent 6 years managing Accounting teams as well as all lines of the business which brought her from Virginia to California.  After leaving Enterprise she returned to Virginia where she was the Controller of Great American Restaurants before moving to Altegrity, a portfolio company comprising of many entities with over $1 billion in revenue and most recently, the Controller of MHM Services, a healthcare company specializing in Department of Corrections contracts.

Kim earned a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and has been a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia since 2005.

Doug Cofer

VP Data + Analytics

Doug is our primary database and data infrastructure architect. Doug helps to ensure successful field data collection using mobile technologies.  Doug also is responsible for developing and managing self-serve business intelligence and data analytics modules. Doug brings over three decades of real estate experience to US Inspect.

Early in his career, Doug reported to Ted Turner and helped to shape CNN’s meteoric rise in the 1980s.  Doug also helped to shape the Na Pali Coast of Hawaii in the 1990s as a real estate developer.  More recently, Doug has helped Fannie Mae and E*Trade through the rise and fall of the real estate market in the 2000s as a senior financial analyst and application developer.

Doug earned an MA from Georgia Tech and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dallas Gamble

VP Residential Services

As Vice President, Residential Retail, Dallas manages US Inspect’s residential sales and field operations.

Dallas began his career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), working across multiple industries, including aviation, telecommunications, forest products, and government. Key projects included the AT&T/Cingular Wireless merger, expansion of the world’s largest package delivery facility (UPS Worldport), and rapid stand-up of the newly formed Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at the world’s largest airport.

Upon leaving Accenture, Dallas founded and operated several affiliated businesses in the real estate inspection, infrared thermography, and energy efficiency markets.

Dallas earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University. He is a Level III Thermographer and Certified Energy Auditor with the Association of Energy Engineers.

Carlo Iannandrea

VP Enterprise Services

As Vice President, Enterprise Services, Carlo manages US Inspect’s enterprise relationships and various client services teams which are responsible for management of all enterprise client relationships, including complex relocation services accounts and large property management and real estate investment firms. Carlo is a recognized national expert in technical inspection issues.

Carlo helped establish US Inspect’s leadership position in the relocation industry through his efforts researching issues critical to our relocation clients. Additionally, he has delivered presentations about these issues for US Inspect for various relocation management companies as well as Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), Greater Washington Employee Relocation Council (GWERC), New England Relocation Association (NERA), New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC) and the General Services Administration (GSA).

Carlo joined US Inspect in 1989 as a field inspector delivering high-quality inspection services in the NY, NJ, CT and PA markets. In 1996, he joined US Inspect’s corporate team as Senior Technical Advisor researching construction and inspection issues and assisting relocation clients with policy development and training.  Over the past three decades, Carlo has steadily increased his responsibility, evolving through the ranks of client services as Account Executive to Director of Account Management to his current position as Vice President.
