GP has relevant experience in the home services market space, serving as CEO and founder of TalkLocal, a local search platform that connects consumers with local service businesses on the phone in near real-time via a proprietary technology platform. GP started three other technology startups over the last 15 years, including two web-based ventures: Desi Vibes, a social networking site and Progressive Tax, a SaaS platform. GP also founded and manages Geeks On-Site, an IT consulting firm which began as a one-man operation in 2004 and has since recruited, hired, and trained over 50 professionals to serve 10,000+ residential and small business clients in the mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, GP completed projects for NASA, Veteran’s Administration, Lockheed Martin, AT&T, and SAIC. In 2015, BisNow recognized GP as one of DC’s Leading CTOs. He has been quoted and published by Forbes, Washington Post, Washington Exec, and other print and online publications.
GP earned a MS in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
As Vice President, Field Services, Tim is responsible for helping to drive field strategy and operations. Tim also personally manages the Maryland and Washington, DC markets.
Tim has a compelling set of skills that has made him successful: personality, leadership, marketing, and recruiting, not to mention his inspection experience and technical excellence. Tim has delivered over 5,000 inspections for US Inspect since 2005.
Prior to US Inspect, Tim worked for 18 years in residential construction and real estate services, and he has actively participated in building, renovation, and management of hundreds of single and multi-family homes. With over nine years of experience in residential building, he also is skilled in construction, design and project management.
As a former athlete, Tim understands the importance of a strong team. He applies an effective team-building philosophy to help shape the company’s entrepreneurial culture.
Courtney has been with US Inspect since 2018 and has over 5 years’ experience leading call center teams to success. With US Inspect, she coaches team members to champion the customer experience and convert leads to sales via a consultative sales approach. Her focus is developing a high performing team and improving processes in order to provide the best customer journey for home-buyers nationwide.
Prior to US Inspect, Courtney worked for the Department of State at a US Embassy in Africa wherein she supported the embassy community in areas such as crisis management, guidance and referral, education, employment, and events planning.
She has over a decade of experience in customer sales and service, leadership, process improvement, education, and training.
Courtney earned a BA in Theatre Performance from the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has a flair for performance, human connection, and storytelling.
