Nick joins US Inspect with 10 years of inspection experience, and has completed over 3,000 inspections.
Before becoming a home inspector, Nick worked in the construction industry installing a wide range of roofing materials, siding, and gutters for a roofing contractor. He began performing home inspections in 2016 and became a Certified Home Inspector through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
During his inspection career, he pursued advanced training to become a third‑party wall‑cladding inspector qualified to perform Moisture Analysis on stucco and stone veneer systems. He also earned certification to conduct sewage scope inspections, assessing the condition and integrity of main drainage lines.
He expanded his expertise by completing Home Energy Auditor training through the Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program. In this role, he conducted energy audits on low‑income homes, using diagnostic testing to identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and overall home performance.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with my family, golfing, running, biking, and watching Philadelphia sports. He looks forward to using his knowledge and experience to support clients with their home‑related needs.
