On occasion, our customers and Realtors ask our inspector to revisit the home to check if repairs have been completed for previously identified issues.

What’s Included

Our inspector reviews the original inspection report and evaluates issues identified by our customer and Realtor.  Our inspector reviews the issues and determines if repairs have been completed in a workmanlike manner.

We provide you with a report which indicates status of repairs to issues identified during the original inspection.
