Eric is Maryland State licensed for home inspection and wood borer inspections (DC has no licensing requirements). He has been a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) for all of his professional career.
Because of the certifications and professional organization memberships, Eric maintains over 40 hours a year in continuing education to keep up with current building technologies. Prior to becoming a home inspector, Eric was a general contractor, Commercial Construction Foreman and Journeyman in the Carpenters Union with over 25 years of experience.
